Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR at any time. Obligation to provide
The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract and is always voluntary. However, the provision of certain personal data is necessary in order to be able to use our services. It is therefore not possible to use those services if this personal data is not provided.
Data collected
Log DataWhenever you use this Website, we collect information that your client sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as:

This data is technically necessary for the provision of our website and its security and stability. We reserve the right to evaluate the server log files if we have indications of unlawful use.

Cactus Mod
By using our mod, game data dependent on your use is generated, which is assigned to your account and stored. The processing of this data is necessary in order to provide you with a smooth and functional experience. The data generated through use includes, among other things:
- IP address
- Time, date and timezone
- Minecraft UUID and username
- Your capes
- Discord ID (when linked by you)
The legal basis for the processing is the consent to this data processing given before the start of use in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The above-mentioned data is stored from the start of use and remains stored as long as active use of the mod by the user can be assumed. You can request the deletion of the data stored about you at any time, but this will result in the resetting of your personalized settings and the loss of associated content and services, such as cosmetic adjustments or services used. It is not possible to restore this data after deletion. The only exception to this is moderation data against you, such as penalties imposed on you. These will continue to be stored in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure gaming environment for other users, which outweighs our interests.
Some of the data we assign to your profile ourselves, for example your capes, may be visible to the public.
Processing by third-party providers
In order to offer our services, we use third-party providers on whose systems data processing takes place in accordance with the data protection provisions of the respective provider. The data processed is primarily traffic data (see section Server log files). Although the other types of data are stored on the third-party providers' systems, they do not have direct access to this data.
